By using SignTh.is you agree to the following terms.

The Service

SignTh.is provides electronic signature tools for PDF documents. You can self-sign documents for free, or send documents for signature for a one-time fee. We are not a legal compliance platform. Consult qualified legal counsel for regulated signing workflows.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload illegal content, malware, or documents you don't have the right to sign or distribute. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for abuse.

Document Storage

Free documents are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Paid documents (sent for signature) are stored indefinitely. We are not responsible for data loss. Always keep your own copies of signed documents.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable. Sending for signature costs $5 per document. Prices may change with notice.

Liability

SignTh.is is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the legal validity of electronic signatures created through our service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
